• For One-Time Services: If you have purchased a one-time service, cancellations can be requested before the service is completed. Once the service is completed or in progress, cancellations may not be accepted.

2. Refunds

• Subscriptions: If you cancel a subscription within 2 days of your initial payment, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 2 days, refunds will not be provided for subscription fees.

• Digital Products: Digital products (e.g., downloadable content, software, web development service, app development, etc.) are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.
